Mullingar Arts and Subject Choice

This Tuesday we had our Briery Gap qualifier in the Mullingar Arts Centre. Each group from our school performed their play infront of a judge and an audience from other schools.
In my opinion our play went very well and it was one of our best performances. Unfortunately the judge was an extreme pessimist who only gave us the bad points on our play, including our projection. Although that was slightly disheartening, it didn't kill our good moods gained from performing before an audience of our peers.
Next week will be one of hard decisions and intense thinking, which there is usually a lack of  in TY, as each of us decides on our subjects for Leaving Cert. At the minute I am thinking about Art, Physics and Technology. Lately I have been thinking a lot about future careers and what I want to do as a job. My top choice would be in the Fashion Industry, with Film/Drama or Engineering as my back-up options. I've been searching up college courses and my dream would be to get into NCAD (National College of Art and Design), but its very hard to get in to. I'll try my hardest to reach this goal, but if I fall short there's always film and drama studies in Trinity.
I better be ready for some hard work....
